Art Plus believes in customer satisfaction. If you find any problem in your print that has arisen from manufacturer’s defects, such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches or fading, we will either replace your canvas print or fix it at our cost, or we will find another mutually agreeable solution. Please note that because all products are made-to-order, Art Plus does not issue refunds.
If you require a reprint, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem (Try to be as descriptive as you can when sending the image). Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns Window: In case of defect, customer can return within 14 days from delivery of order. Following this period, all sales are final.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are paid by Art Plus unless there are no clear reasons to reprint.
Art Plus takes care to pack all items securely. Should an item arrive damaged due to the failure of packaging or the mishandling by our logistics partner, you should write to us requesting a replacement and submit pictures of the damage. We will replace the item once the original item has been returned to the appropriate Production Centre.
Customers purchasing any items are requested to allow between 5-7 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery. If more than one item is purchased within the same order all items will be shipped combined as one order, if multiple orders are placed each order will be processed separately.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
